We are looking for a bright, mission-driven, education leader to join our team as an Adult Programs Manager
About the Role
This is a contract position beginning as soon as possible, until July 31, 2021 to cover a maternity leave.
What Success Looks Like
The position will require you to be self-directed, creative, innovative and flexible. We are looking for someone who has displayed strong leadership throughout their career to date, and who has brought an entrepreneurial flair to every endeavour that they have undertaken
Not technical? No problem. The first little while in this role will be a technical “crash course”, getting you trained on basic coding, on computational thinking principles, and on tools like Scratch. intended
Work Hours and Environment This is a full-time position. Due to Covid-19 this role will work completely remotely until at least January 2021. Our team will return our HQ office space when it is safe to do so - an entire floor at Queen and University (right around the corner from a subway station)! We have an open concept workspace, meeting rooms and a kitchen plus lunch room!
This role may require some evening and weekend work.
This role reports to our Director of Program Design
