At Connection Incorporated we are looking for a skilled and passionate Account Manager to join our growing team!

For the right candidate, we provide a platform to learn and grow your account managing skills in digital marketing and paid advertising, build long-lasting relationships with clients all the while working as part of a fun-loving, fast-paced and challenge driven team.

This position is full-time but can be 100% completed from home and does not require that you come into an office each day.

The position is a multi-tasking role that features creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns. The objective is to provide exceptional and efficient campaign management skills along with fast and friendly client assistance.

We are looking for a savvy digital marketing professional that has a strong background in all things digital marketing and online advertising, including advertising on Google, Instagram and Facebook and content creation.

Requirements: You will need to be able to:

  • Complete account management for your client's marketing campaigns and lead generation assets

  • Manage the entire digital marketing process and meet deadlines set in place for your clients

  • Positively communicate with other team members in regard to client accounts and other team responsibilities

  • Positively communicate and provide proactive customer support and transparent reporting to clients

  • Intake new clients and properly follow set processes

  • Learn the skills, through our training, required to run successful paid ad campaigns in the financial services niche

  • Create your own internal drive to strive for the best results for your clients

  • Create high-quality content, articles and ad copy for your client’s campaigns


  • Strong background in digital marketing (both paid and organic campaigns)

  • Exceptional personal time management

  • Ability to creatively solve problems without direct guidance

  • Ability to follow direction and work well without constant direct management

  • General understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Docs, Landing pages, websites, Local SEO and other digital marketing

  • Ability to learn new skills in PPC and digital marketing

  • Innately tech savvy

  • Strong customer service skills

  • A quiet home office to work from and to take calls and meetings with clients

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Friendly attitude with a team-based mentality

  • Willingness to try new things and continuously expand your knowledge
